We are currently in the process of a Full Facility Renovation due to be completed by May of 2018 at which time we will become a Wyndham Resort facility.

Guest Room Renovations Include:  New Carpeting & Vinyl/Wallpaper, Furniture, Refrigerators, Curtains & Bedding and Interior Hallway Guest Room Doors. Our Guest Room Bathrooms are also being completely gutted and remodeled which includes Walk-in Glass Showers.  However, we will Replace the Bathtubs in a portion of the rooms with New Bathtubs that appeal to families traveling with smaller children.  Additionally, each room has already been updated with its own Temperature Controlled Heating/AC Unit, Energy Efficient Windows, Exterior Doors for our Courtyard Guest Rooms, Telephone, and Flat Screen TV.

Meeting, Event & Public Space Renovations:  All our Public & Meeting/Event Space will be renovated including relocating the Golf Pro Shop back into the Main Building, creating a New Outdoor Wedding Site with a Garden and Water Feature as well as a complete Renovation of the Expo Center.  Additionally, we will be adding two Elevators for Guest Room Access and another Elevator to access our famous unique tiered level Showroom which includes a full Broadway style stage.  The Showroom Elevator will also stop at the Main Lobby Level for any guests with mobility issues that may want to avoid the eight steps in the Entrance Lobby leading up to the Main Lobby.

Exterior Facade & Parking Lot Renovations:  Not only will we be cosmetically enhancing our Exterior Façade, which includes the Main Entrance and Portico we will be Resurfacing and Enlarging our Parking Lot.

Our 4 story hotel will have over 300 rooms available for your use and perusal!  When finished there will be a yearlong indoor pool, as well as the seasonal pool available Memorial Day through Labor Day.  Our Meeting/Event Space is available for team functions.  Depending on the availability, number of guest rooms contracted etc…, fee(s) would range from a Traditional Meeting Room Rental Fee to only a Nominal Set-up/Tear-down Fee.  Please keep in mind NO Outside Food & Beverage can be served in our Meeting/Event space, it must be supplied by the hotel. We are also prepared to take care of your culinary needs with  (Breakfast 6:30am – 11am) – Vistas / Lunch (11:30am – 2:30pm)- Good Spirits Lounge / Dinner – Legends (5pm – 9pm or 10pm Friday & Saturday).  The bar can take care of the liquid diet portion of things, and Good Spirits (Opens @ 5pm and can stay open as late as 2am as dictated by business/patronage).
