Come join us for the 4th annual Awesome Addie’s Golf Tournament on Dates TBD at the Manada Golf Club in Grantville, PA!
Every year, Awesome Addie’s Foundation hosts a golf tournament in Central Pennsylvania to raise awareness and fight for a cure of Shwachman-Diamond Syndrome (SDS), a rare, genetic bone marrow failure disorder.
All proceeds from the event benefit Addison “Awesome Addie” Jacobs and her family, the Shwachman-Diamond Syndrome (SDS) Foundation and other families facing financial hardship due to a serious medical illness.
Golfers are invited to participate and compete for prizes in numerous special events, including a putting contest, closest to the pin, longest/straightest drive, 50/50 raffles and more!
Registration begins at 11:30 a.m. followed by a start gun start at 1 p.m. Golf package includes round of golf, golf cart, dinner, snacks, beverages (all day), sleeve of balls, goody bag and Pebble Beach Dri-FIT polo shirt.
There is a dinner and award ceremony at 7 p.m. and an after party at the Penn Hotel Sports & Raw Bar in Hershey, PA at the conclusion of the event.
No matter what life throws at her, Awesome Addie continues to overcome medical setbacks and inspires us all! Join us for a fun-filled day in support of an AWESOME cause!
